We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with experience in software development projects, particularly in outsourcing environments. The ideal candidate will gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements, and support discovery and pre-discovery phases. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Conduct and facilitate Discovery Sessions with clients.
- Create Business Analysis (BA) artifacts, including traceability matrices, functional specifications, use cases, UML diagrams, BPMN diagrams, and acceptance test plans.
- Document business processes.
- Identify and analyze project stakeholders.
- Conduct competitor analysis.
- Document project scope.
- Collaborate with the Customer and Project Manager to create user stories.
- Define product functional requirements.
- Identify and track requirement changes, prioritize requirements, and manage the backlog.
- Collaborate with UI/UX Designers to develop user experiences and user interfaces.
- Facilitate requirements prioritization.
- Ensure requirements traceability and establish and monitor requirements management processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create low-fidelity prototypes to validate ideas.
- Conduct user research, including developing user personas, mapping user journeys, and running user tests.
- Define acceptance criteria for functional and non-functional requirements.
- Evaluate potential software solutions, including existing and open-source components, and assess system architecture to ensure alignment with business requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1.5+ years of business analysis experience in software development projects.
- English – Upper-Intermediate + (Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations).
- Experience working in outsourcing environments.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
- Experience in using management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
- Experience in writing business and technical documentation.
- Experience with epic and user story concepts.
- Experience with UX, prototyping, and sketching.
- Experience with notation systems and business process modeling (UML, BPMN, ERD, Context Diagram).
- Experience with elicitation techniques: workshopping, document analysis, interviews.
Nice to have
- Structured knowledge of any BA standard (PMI, IIBA, Enterprise Architecture).
- Experience with data analytics methodologies and tools.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical skills and close attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
