We are looking for a Middle Full Stack Engineer with strong backend expertise in Python and Node.js to support the development of our growing projects. The role involves building robust backend services, creating dynamic user-facing interfaces, managing complex databases, and ensuring overall application performance using a modern tech stack.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework.
- Develop backend services using Node.js and Nest.js.
- Build and maintain frontend interfaces with React and Next.js.
- Design database models in PostgreSQL and write efficient ORM queries.
- Integrate external services, including payment systems, email providers, and third-party APIs.
- Configure and maintain asynchronous task processing using Celery with Redis or RabbitMQ.
- Deploy applications using Docker and contribute to CI/CD processes.
- Participate in code reviews and follow established quality standards.
- Communicate with team members and clients in English through written correspondence, stand-ups, and meetings.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of commercial experience with Python and Node.js.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) English level for documentation, written communication, and customer-facing meetings.
- Proven experience with Django, Django REST Framework, PostgreSQL, Celery, Redis, Docker, and Git.
- Solid experience building frontends with React, Next.js, TypeScript, Redux or Zustand, TanStack Query, and SCSS.
- Strong understanding of REST principles.
- Experience writing and maintaining automated tests (pytest, Jest, or similar).
- Ability to read, review, and efficiently improve existing code.
Nice to have
- Experience with Odoo CRM (customization, integrations, enhancements).
- Experience working with PostGIS or geospatial data.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP or similar providers.
- Experience configuring CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
- Basic experience working with AI APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, or similar solutions.
- Experience with zero-downtime deployments using technologies such as Docker Swarm and Traefik.
