We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team at a leading intenational software development company SoloWay Technologies.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our software services across the global markets. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engage audiences, and generate leads.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute the overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Support the organization's website (prepare and publish case studies, draft concepts for new pages, generate and implement new ideas).
  • Maintain and grow the organization's profiles on digital platforms (Clutch, Dribbble, DesignRush, etc.) and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook).
  • Develop marketing materials to support sales efforts (presentations, pitch decks, etc.).
  • Analyze and modify customer journey flows.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing them against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Write and dispatch email marketing campaigns (optional).
  • Research new online media opportunities, including mobile, social media, and the development of blogs and forums.
  • Assist with web visuals.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, affiliate networks, and affiliate partners.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on those insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies; plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners while evaluating emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the digital marketing industry (preferably within the software domain).
  • Understanding of the IT sector and B2B software services.
  • Solid knowledge of key digital marketing principles and various performance metrics.
  • Experience in analyzing and optimizing user funnels.
  • Strong written communication skills for producing high-quality content.
  • Strong analytical ability to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.

Nice to have

  • User Experience (UX) Design knowledge.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) skills.
  • Social Media Content Creation expertise.
  • Technical Writing experience.
  • Experience launching and managing LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Ads.
