Responsibilities
- Search for potential clients via cold outreach across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, and AngelList.
- Initiate first-line communication and deliver professional presentations of the company’s services to potential partners.
- Qualify and transfer "warm" leads to managers for further engagement and deal closure.
- Analyze target audiences and expand the client base within defined market segments.
- Maintain performance analytics and reporting, tracking conversion rates, and evaluating various outreach approaches.
- Conduct A/B testing on messaging and search strategies to optimize lead generation results.
Required Skills & Experience
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher for confident written and spoken communication with international clients.
- Proven ability to write high-quality, personalized messages that effectively address the needs of potential partners.
- Confident use of professional search platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, and AngelList.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate client requests and identify high-potential leads.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently, plan tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
- Previous experience in lead generation or B2B sales within the IT sector is a plus, though we are open to high-potential Junior specialists.
Nice to have
- Solid understanding of IT outsourcing principles and IT recruitment models.
- Hands-on experience with lead generation analytics, conversion tracking, and marketing automation tools.
- Deep knowledge of the European and US tech markets and their specific communication standards.
